Daggers CTX Rush is looking for several part-time
Volunteer Soccer Coaches in Killeen, Texas.
The Soccer Coach is responsible for the overall development of the team, both on and off the field. This includes developing and implementing training plans, managing games, and providing feedback to players. The Soccer Coach must also be able to build relationships with players, parents, and other staff members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training plans that are designed to improve the individual and team skills of the players
- Manage games, including pre-game preparation, in-game coaching, and post-game analysis
- Provide feedback to players on their individual and team performance
- Build relationships with players, parents, and other staff members
- Attend all team meetings and events
- Represent the team and the club in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Coaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to developing young players
Physical Demands:
The Soccer Coach is required to stand, walk, run, and jump for extended periods of time. The Soccer Coach is also required to lift and carry equipment.
Work Environment:
The Soccer Coach will work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions. The Soccer Coach will also be exposed to noise from crowds and other activities.
