Social Care Workers :Cabinteely, Dublin
Purpose of Role:to provide a range of services to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities and/or autism as well as behaviours that challenge. This includes services such as community outreach, home support, personal care and day services. All care is person centered and provides a holistic service in partnership with the persons circle of support.

Principle Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Support service users with an intellectual/physical disabilities and/or autism.
- Ensure service users are supported to make sense of their environment, learn new skills and maximise their independence.
- Assist individuals with their daily living activities.
- Support individuals to live a meaningful life, with a priority focus on equal citizenship.
Essential Criteria:
- One year of experience in aSocial Care or Healthcaresetting.
- Candidates must have a relevant qualification. At a minimum a B.A. in Social Care, Fetac Level 7, B.A. in Applied Social Studies or equivalent.
- Permission to work in Ireland.
- Experience/knowledge of report writing and client support plans.
The following will be seen as an advantage:
- Full clean driver’s license
