Job summary
Do you get in trouble for breaking stuff? What if it was your job AND you get to help customers at the same time! Come work on our team :-)
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to help us shape the future direction and launch exciting new features for our recently launched AWS Fault Injection Simulator (AWS FIS) service.
AWS FIS is a fully managed service for running experiments on AWS that make it easier to improve an application’s performance, observability, and resiliency. Fault injection experiments are used in chaos engineering, which is the practice of stressing an application in testing or production environments by creating disruptive events, such as sudden increase in CPU or memory consumption, observing how the system responds, and implementing improvements. Fault injection experiment helps teams create the real-world conditions needed to uncover the hidden bugs, monitoring blind spots, and performance bottlenecks that are difficult to find in distributed systems.
If this sounds like the right challenge for you, then please apply today!
Key job responsibilities
