A la Carte Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our client, an exceptional, award-winning 4* Hotel in Gorey, County Wexford. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career in a busy, professional kitchen that caters for a number of food outlets within the impressive hotel.

You must be a capable man manager who can cover for the Head Chef in his absence and who can develop the junior chefs in the kitchen brigade. There are a range of different food outlets at the Hotel, giving the successful candidate an exciting breadth of experience at a top venue.

You will have worked with a quality restaurant/hotel and contribute to the development of the menus and provide creative ideas for the award winning restaurants.
