The Imperial Hotel Cork is looking for a Sous chef to join the Sous Chef team. You will report to our Head Chef and Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate has previous Sous Chef experience or is ready to progress to Sous Chef level.

You will be required to assist with 1-2 breakfast shifts per week.
