Manitou Bar & Kitchen is looking for a Sous Chef to work evenings and weekends. The perfect candidate would have 5 years or more of cooking experience in a high paced environment, be able to multitask, make prep lists, a team player and a good leader, have the ability to manage people, take inventory and create food orders if needed. This would be mostly on the line cooking with the ability to expo food at times. You would work with our chefs to ensure consistency and quality are up to company standards. Banquet experience is a plus as we have a room capable of 200 or more people for events. Please send over your resume for consideration if interested.
