BRIEF DESCRIPTION: 1. Design and Implement a proactive, goal oriented approach to challengingbehaviors related to social emotional disabilities and/or trauma2. Develop Individual Education Plans for students within ones caseload3. Ability to work collaboratively with adjustment counselor and paraprofessionalstaff to provide programming for students assigned to Partnership Services4.Maintain data-and anecdotal records on each students progress as required5. Train paraprofessionals to effectively anticipate and respond to student needs6. In conjunction with the BCBA and/or Adjustment Counselor, develop and overseebehavior support plans7. In conjunction with the BCBA, provide consultation and support to generaleducation staff on the execution of behavior support plans
