Central Coast Home Health is a locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are growing rapidly and currently seeking a full time Speech Therapist to join our team in the Santa Barbara area.

Our therapists provide excellent treatment and education to patients and/or caregivers in their homes. As a company started by therapists, we understand the tools, support and training you need in order to succeed. Using our web based system on iPads, our clinicians are able to efficiently chart in the field, have instant access to updated patient information and focus on the needs of the patient. We have an excellent multidisciplinary therapy team that offers in-home care to patients with a wide variety of conditions.

Requirements:

• Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; OR meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.
• Licensed by the requirements implemented by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Current approved health care CPR certification
• Home Health experience preferred but not required
