Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We seek a proven, organized, and creative professional to support the office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of KLA. This is an exciting, fast-paced position at KLA, a global market leader in the semiconductor industry. This person will partner with the CIO and his staff to improve efficiency and impact of engagements and activities. The position requires that the selected person will quickly learn and apply detailed understanding of the Information Technology (IT) organization, organizational procedures, and personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties with a high degree of initiative and ability to work autonomously to changing workloads and priorities.

  • Schedule and lead calendar events for CIO and Senior Staff

  • Plan and schedule meetings for internal teams and for external vendors and partners.

  • Lead conference room coordination and room calendar management

  • Anticipate the needs of IT team members in the office and act as the point person for on-site support. As needed, have the flexibility to travel between Milpitas KLA buildings.

  • Coordinate on-site and virtual department activities and events (locally and globally)

  • Prepare, edit, and enhance presentations and communication to support the IT Organization.

  • Lead global travel reservations and expense processing for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate with and respond to various sources in timely manner.

  • Set up and maintain office supplies and records as needed.

  • Demonstrates an ability to provide project management support for ad-hoc assignments for Senior Leadership

  • Exercise discretion in handling information of a confidential and critical nature.

  • Apply developed skills with MS Office 365 suite and leverage internal systems to retrieve and share information to perform activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • HS Graduate and 10 years of experience OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with five years of professional experience supporting an executive in a corporate office environment is desired; Experience in a technology company is preferred.
