Responsibilities:
2. Elicitation and documentation of business and functional-level requirements in support of the enterprise identity and access management solution.
3. Development of tools, guides, and documents (e.g., runbooks) to support the integration of applications (B2B, B2C, and B2E) and enterprise workflows (e.g.,
provisioning/onboarding, transfer, and deprovisioning of access).
4. Facilitation of test activities to ensure that tests and deployment activities are successful.
5. Completion of required System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) documents in support of the project and/or solution.
Identification and documentation of improvements for systems, processes, and procedures to include automation of repeatable tasks and areas for future growth/efficiency/security enhancements.
6. Creating and maintaining internal documentation (e.g., process flows,
processes/procedures, requirements, standards, etc.), ensuring documents are regularly updated to reflect the latest processes and requirements. Qualifications:
General Experience:
1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio.
2. Demonstrated experience communicating and establishing strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to include those in IT, business, and financial communities.
3. Ability to perform high caliber qualitative and quantitative analyses.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical resources to create the required artifacts.
5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
7. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
8. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
9. Demonstrated knowledge of the artifacts generated from the Software Development Life Cycle and the Project Development Life Cycle.

NFF is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support a client's EIAM solution for all B2B, B2C, and B2E applications and user communities. This is a remote position for a DC Transit organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitation of stakeholder meetings to research, analyze, and document application integration requirements and deliver the EIAM solution.
2. Elicitation and documentation of business and functional-level requirements in support of the enterprise identity and access management solution.

Specialized Experience Requirements:
1. Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise IAM and/or cloud-based projects that utilize the Microsoft AAD solution.
2. (Highly Preferred) Eight (8) years of experience in business analysis.
3. (Highly Preferred) Seven (7) years of highly specialized experience in one or more information, computer, or network security disciplines. These disciplines could include identity and access management, process analysis, audit analysis, public key infrastructure, multifactor authentication, risk analysis, and multilevel security.
4. (Highly Preferred) Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, best practices, and regulations to include NIST FIPS and 800-series publications to include NIST 800 53 Rev. 5.
5. (Highly Preferred) Experience with PeopleSoft suite of enterprise applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
