- Strong experience Business analysis with Banking
- experienced in facilitating the business through test cycles,
- experienced dealing with and facilitating technical conversations,
- prior knowledge of executing deployment phase activities (defining runbooks, TOMs, BDM deliverables
- Strong background in requirements gathering in a Banking
- Capable of facilitating cross functional team to consensus on necessary requirements and design decisions and prioritisation of implementation
- Ability to produce and understand full end to end flow diagrams
- Manages hand-over of requirements to delivery teams and requirements clarifications throughout delivery lifecycle
