The Senior Data Analyst collaborates with the Technology Lifecycle Management team, application teams, & technology teams to build reports around technology in our Humana's environments. This position will capture data from the 3 major cloud platforms and on-prem platforms to be used in Technology lifecycle initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst captures & creates reports around technology data as related to projects and programs based upon IT Strategy, our strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, & changes schedules. This position will need gather data from multiple sources and organize data in such a way as it's easy to understand by team members outside of TLM. Work can be without direction, as such Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) aligns with and delivers on our IT Strategy by driving agility and delivering greater business value through timely technology adoption with a focus on ability to stay current and assess status within the lifecycle of vendor supplied third party technology, including Cloud providers.

This role will support technology lifecycle management by providing transparency into technology related data in the cloud & on-prem, as well as ongoing monitoring and reporting on technology lifecycle initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain data & reports around ongoing technology lifecycle initiatives.
• Capture application and resource data from Azure, AWS & GCP environments.
• Participate in development of technology proposals and impact analysis to design, maintain, and publish technology lifecycle roadmaps
• Rationalization of Cloud resource & asset data to define and plan technology initiatives with EoL impact.
• Perform vulnerability analysis for alignment and support of lifecycle remediations to address risk and vulnerability impacts to the organization.
• Enable TLM practices to adhere to standards with an emphasis on modernization of technology.
• Gather and calculate cost and impact working with the necessary teams to obtain or maintain appropriate levels of extended support for initiatives unable to meet EoL commitments.
• Monitor cloud migration and adoption strategy to ensure lifecycle efforts are tracked and remediated.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience ServiceNow CDMB, APM, module.
• Working knowledge of all 3 Cloud environments (Google, Azure, Aws)
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Strong analytics and report writing experience that defines clear measures and tells a story
• Experience producing metrics, measurements and trend reports, as well as problem analysis and critically thinking through complex problems
• Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet compressed deadlines
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other Advanced Degree
• Six Sigma certification
• Experience with technology lifecycle and asset portfolio management
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, ITBM PPM module, and/or Orbus iServer
• Experience with PowerBI
