Sr. Manager, Salesforce Operations - USA
- Design and implement a Global CRM strategy, as well as execution of that strategy, in support the sales team’s business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals utilizing the company's Salesforce CRM Effectiveness Program.
- Lead training, office hours and adoption and administer Salesforce platform for 150+ Salesforce Users across the Salesforce Sales Cloud across our global offices.
- Establish process and establish best practices for user input data to scale and record business knowledge.
- Collaborate with across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to deliver enterprise CRM initiatives.
- Implement and manage scalable training solutions to aid adoption and self-service through utilization of Salesforce Knowledge and other mediums to support a growing user base.
- Identify key outcomes of training and establish expectations with leaders across the business on effectively managing and coaching their teams.
- Job shadow with onsite and remote employees to understand process and drive adoption of the mobile application.
- Support prioritization and process of approvals for CRM enhancements across key functions
- Support the Sales Development initiative around Sales Leadership and Sales Training incorporating Salesforce CRM

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Salesforce Operations, that will develop and deploy our Salesforce strategy, training, and the implementation of the platform across all business units, globally. S/he will report to the VP, End User Conversion & Training and Development with a direct report. S/he will also partner closely with our Sr. Manager, Sales Operations. This position can be based from any of our office locations, or Remote!

The Toolbox (Qualifications)
- 10+ years’ related work experience, with 3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce preferable
- Bachelor's degree in a business/management discipline or in-lieu-of an additional 4+ years’ related work experience
- Business Process Mapping Experience
- Demonstrate ability to build relationships and influence with senior leaders across the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written & oral.
- Ability to communicate effectively, translating technical information in a non-technical manner.
- Ability to independently prioritize and utilize effective problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment; self-starter with ability to support multiple work streams to meet deadlines.

This position’s anticipated annual salary range is $102,000— $170,000 with a performance-based discretionary bonus; at plan, this position’s bonus opportunity is 15%.
