About the role:
The Sr Product Manager, EP Customer Engagement will lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of the EP marketing customer engagement strategy. They will align internal teams to create best-in-class physician interactions to gain clinical/market insight, provide education, shape brand perception, and provide customer engagement activities on our EP technologies.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Align cross-functional team on a process of our HCP Consulting and customer engagement strategy
  • Define priority segments for customer engagement activities
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and other partners to identify key customers for segmented engagement opportunities
  • Develop methodology for, and track progress towards, scheduling customers for segmented engagement opportunities
  • Create and maintain an EP divisional customer engagement calendar
  • Identify, plan and organize high-profile, executive-level customer engagement activities
  • Prepare Annual Needs Assessments for HCP contracting for consulting and advisory boards
  • Organize and partner in execution of regional and national engagement opportunities
  • Lead EP tradeshow core team:
  • Partner with marketing product managers to determine show goals and tactics
  • Advocate for EP divisional priorities on core team
  • Track and manage tradeshow budget/expenses
  • Ensure execution of tradeshow tactics and booth activities is at the highest level
  • Develop process for monthly reviews and tracking


Required qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of sales, clinical, and/or marketing experience (cardiology: CRM, EP, IC or diagnostics preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders or high volume proceduralists.
  • Project management experience: Strategic thinking. Ability to manage simultaneous projects, assess priorities and manage changing deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills to enable cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders and HCPs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Software skills: Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision after fully trained, if a remotely located employee.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, MS, etc.)
  • Experience in shaping brand awareness and experiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, interpret clinical data and effectively communicate to customers.
  • High sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to execution
