Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell's UOP team. The Sr. Project Engineer of Change Management will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and Milestone development/management
• Manage and foster positive customer relationships
• Lead Change Management and Change Order analysis for large, complex projects
• Estimation development and analysis
• Cost development
• Budget analysis
• Lead multi discipline engineering and design teams to determine out of scope work and develop change requests
• Risk/Organizational Process Performance development and management
• Vendor interface
• Lead multi discipline and cross functional teams to evaluate project scopes of work and project schedules

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of project engineering or engineering project management experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.

• Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
• Project estimating and proposal experience
