Overview
This role will report to the Enterprise Employee Communication leader and partner closely with the Digital Employee Communication team in support of managing enterprise tools, platforms and channels.

Responsibilities
  • Support our digital employee communication vehicles and channel strategy by serving as lead for digital platform maintenance – reactive and proactive - across Enterprise Employee Communication, leveraging data and insights to improve our platforms such as:
o J&J Responds
o OnMessage
o Playbooks (Employee/Digital Comms and Crisis Employee Comms)
  • Help support regional content management system for regional communications
  • Understand various employee communication needs across manufacturing, field/ remote employees, regional employees and leveraging data and insights, and provide support to help drive audience engagement across key digital platforms and tools for these audiences
  • Support content development and publication strategy leveraging data and digital tools to improve engagement

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Requires at least six (6) years of related experience.
  • Experience in using/learning digital tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other digital email marketing tool, Sharepoint, etc. highly preferred.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven.
  • Polished presentation, writing and organizational skills.
  • Builds relationships across stakeholders – internally, externally and spanning global geographies – and is able to work up, down and lateral across the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing initiatives at an operational level.
  • This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel
