We are looking for a Staff Accountant to help drive all aspects of the end-of-month process. You’ll be working with like-minded peers to continually look for ways to refine and improve our processes. As a Staff Accountant, you will not only have the opportunity to impact the business but also your community!

What you’ll do:
Handle all accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory cost allocation
Monitor all merchant accounts, bank accounts, and corporate credit cards
Ensure timely submission and accurate coding of all expense reporting

Uncover and resolve any obstacles that may arise
Handle all aspects of sales and property tax payment and paperwork

What you’ll need:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge and experience working with GAAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 High attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 1 year of accounting experience, or 5 years of accounting experience

3+ years of success working with HRIS systems
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required
