We are seeking a Staffing Agency Manager for our Lone Tree, CO office. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3+ years in Agency Recruiting and 1+ years in Business Development or Agency Management. Staffing Agency Managers will manage staff, job application channels, identify new talent, and screen applicants. Screening may include skills testing, background checks, or credit checks. They interview potential candidates and hire qualified new employees. Staffing Managers maintain extensive networks and a large candidate pool to fill positions quickly, and with the most qualified talent.
As a Staffing Agency Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services. Recruiting, evaluating, and placing IT and Healthcare professionals in both contract and full-time positions with our clients. In this role, you will be delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates. Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local legal community.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in the Staffing Industry with minimum of 2 years managing a Staffing Agency Office
- A business-related Bachelor degree or Higher Education
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
- The ability to leverage industry experience to manage and grow the business.
- The salary is negotiable, depending upon experience. The position is eligible for a commission/bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
