Overview
We are looking for skilled, compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA's) – or those pursuing a STNA certification – who desire a career that matters in a community that values their expertise. The STNA promotes residents' independence by supporting the resident in doing as much for self as possible while providing high quality care.
Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time - All Shifts
Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd

Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
- Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
- Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
- Assisting the elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
- Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
- Laundry and light housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required. However, see below for our offer of on-the-job assistance in getting this certification!
- Experience: good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
