We are looking for someone passionate about Culinary and would want to grow their career with our FUN and THRILL-SEEKING hotel! Aloft Hotel is located in the beautiful CBD and has not only the best of the best guests & customers, but a truly a one-of-a-kind staff. We are in search of adding an enthusiastic, hard-working cook to our team full-time! Must be Serv Safe Certified.


Job duties include:
• Plan and prepare various food items and meals for hotel restaurant and catering functions, following proper food handling and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean work area, practicing “clean as you go” policy
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of all Food & Beverage items as directed
• Assist with quality and presentation issues, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen and the restaurant when necessary
• Accommodate guests’ special requests
• Knowledge of operating a convection oven
