JOB SUMMARY:
Our ideal candidate for this position will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also ensuring a safe, accurate, efficient, friendly, and timely delivery. The Delivery Driver is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for every customer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check products for any signs of damage or tampering
- Check package dates of all items to ensure products fit freshness profile that complies with company standards
- Inspects the condition of all returning kits to ensure all products, trays, kits, and coolers are in proper conditions
- Assemble and organize the trays to maximize ease of navigation for drivers on shift
- Ensure all trays are packed in such a manner that no products are damaged or shifted in a way that would be undesirable by customers
- Conduct inventory audits and recording any missing or extra products
- Document any discrepancies thoroughly and report it promptly to a manager
- Scan replacement products into kits ensuring they will be viewable for the customer
- Record Kit contents to better serve drivers while on shift
- Ensure non-cannabis goods are stocked sufficiently in kits for business demand (exit bags, promo items, fliers)
- Secure all products in compliance with state and company standards. This means all goods are returned to safe storage immediately following activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to Lift 25+ Pounds
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Ops (iiitech)
- Understands flow of products
- Inventory I-1 Certification
