Discover Impactful Work:
This position is focused on service delivery excellence for Unity Lab Services. The post will be based at Dublin.
Must be comfortable driving a large van.

Specific activities could include:

• Receiving and de-trashing goods at customer sites and a storeroom, inventory management, order management, chemical management, glassware washing and product preparation.
• The role involves using a variety of computer software programs and technology.
• There will be face to face customer interaction requiring customer service and communication skills.

Keys to Success:

• Full clean driving license
• Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred; experience in GLP/GMP environment a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics and consignment stock experience
• Good organization and time management skills
• Must maintain Thermo Fisher Scientifics’ Four-I Values.
• Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Fisher.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

• Strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus to deliver excellent customer service including maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Operating skills to use hand held scanners and learn to enter data in various systems as necessary.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile various reports to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
• Must be able to use a computer and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of software.
• Knowledge of applicable Health and Safety regulations
