About the role

We are looking for someone with stockroom experience who wants to take their first steps into management. The successful candidate will join a team of 8 managers and lead the stockroom team of one of the biggest stores in the business. You will be responsible for the overall operations of the stockroom, recruitment, induction and performance management of the team.

Naturally your organisation and prioritisation skills will be second to none and this a chance to hone your leadership skills and contribute to the management of a large team. We expect this role to be mainly stockroom based, working alongside the team; however there may also be a requirement to cover on the sales floor when needed.
