*DESCRIPTION*
Our Strategic Account Representatives serve as the primary point of contact with our Strategic Partners to promote Westlake’s value and expertise in the origination and servicing of indirect consumer loans. Strategic Partners are national dealer groups that own and operate a network of franchise dealers. We leverage our corporate relationship from top down. The objective of a Strategic Account Representative is to develop and maintain long term, mutually beneficial relationships with these clients by producing loans on a consistent basis. Westlake seeks experienced individuals with excellent communication skills with a background in the automotive dealer and/or financial services industry.
The Strategic Account Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn a six-figure income.
**
*SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: *
- Manage and maintain relationships with individuals in some of the largest automotive groups in the industry to promote application and loan generation.
- Maintain consistent contact with dealership personnel through phone and email communications.
- Represent Westlake Financial in this fast-paced marketplace with professionalism and integrity with regards to confidentiality.
- Maintain and manage dealership information in our CRM, for business activities including contact information, compliance follow up, and accurate funding of contracts.
- This is a relationship management position based in our Los Angeles corporate headquarters.

*ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS*
- Ability to build strong rapport with managers and employees at dealership partner locations through phone calls and other digital communications.
- Excellent communication, problem resolving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- Self-starting individual with exceptional personal discipline, time management, and follow up skills.
- Proficiency with computer application such as Outlook and Excel, CRM experience preferred.

*EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE*
Experience in one or more of the following recommended:
- College graduates or equivalent industry experience
- Dealership finance or management
- Auto finance experience
- Sales experience
