WE’RE HIRING: Coordinator, Strategy Marketing Operations
LOCATION: Irvine, CA or New York, NY

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Coordinator, Strategic Marketing Operations to play a support role on our operations team. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning about cross-functional team interaction, asset organization and project management. The role will help to bring internal and external teams together, launch important strategic projects and document project details. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Support Operations
- Build documentation and maintain with up-to-date information
- Help to ideate and provide training content on tools and process
- Provide miscellaneous projects/reports as requested
- Prepare slide decks as needed for Senior Management meetings
- Manage operation requests from inception to completion
- Help schedule team events and cross functional team meetings
- Support Campaign Operations
- Assemble campaign infrastructure and support with campaign documentation
- Manage the calendar for cross functional campaigns and individual projects
- Partner with Strategic Marketing Project Managers to update relevant project plans
- Communicate deadlines and relevant meetings with cross functional stakeholders
- Problem solve issues as they arise; identify opportunities and provide solutions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or operations
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to lead projects
- Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Assisting others to be successful as a team

This range may be modified in the future.
- The salary range is (minimum: _$66,500 to maximum:_$130,000)
- This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive program
- This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs
