Job description

We are looking for a full-time designer/project manager with a background in engineering, architecture, or construction to manage projects from the design phase all the way through installation. The ideal candidate should have critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, and a self-starter attitude.

Job duties include:

• Design and detailing of shop drawings for stairs, railings, ladders, and other miscellaneous steel using Autocad Lt and Autodesk Advance Steel software
• Working with architects and engineers to work through and solve design issues
• Work with customers to manage schedules and scope changes
• Field measuring of existing conditions
• Ordering materials and tracking costs
• Work with shop and field employees to answer fabrication or installation questions
• This is an on premise position

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
