Prairie View is excited to add multiple School Based Community Case Manager positions to our growing team in Harvey, McPherson, or Marion County!
This is a full-time position that can be all year long or we can accommodate this schedule to be a 10-month role – so you can have your summers off! Benefit options include: health, dental, vision, life, and disability. A generous Paid Time Off package. 401k plan that includes employer and match options. May qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Either 4 years of equivalent work experience or bachelor’s degree
- Willing to train the right person who is interested in the psych field!
Minimum Experience: Previous case management experience preferred. Past experience working with children helpful
- must be comfortable working with & setting boundaries with children that suffer from mental illness (ages 2-18)
- ability to prioritize work appropriately and work independently
- solid foundation of computers is required
- requires some flexibility with schedule, as some days can vary based on the needs of the patients and organization
- must have valid driver’s license and be insurable through Prairie View insurance company
- must be able to pass extensive background checks.
The right candidate will be patient, organized, and have the motivation to provide caring and competent case management services to their assigned school based on the patient's treatment plan.

A number of evidence-based mental health services are provided, including hospitalization, outpatient services, a community support program, an adventure course, an accredited special purpose school and more.
Prairie View’s additional outpatient locations in Hillsboro, McPherson and Wichita provide services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults for a complete range of behavioral and mental health issues including, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, dementia, sexuality related issues, grief, cognitive disorders, alcohol and substance abuse issues, family and marriage issues and more.
Prairie View is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. Prairie View is also a member of Mennonite Health Services, an organization that brings Anabaptist-related health and human service providers together.
