We're looking for a great food & beverage leader who can put together a happy and successful team in the Punta Gorda Airport Junction Cafe's.
Knowledge of restaurant/fast food operations as well as bar management would be the perfect combination of skills.
It is imperative that you lead by example in all aspects of your operation. You should be a certified food safety manager and have impeccable inventory management skills. Responsibilities will include cash handling, ordering, inventory, hiring, training and scheduling- among all other tasks required for the successful operation.
