MHRT/C Required and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Participate in quarterly service plan reviews.
• Reviewing all weekly paperwork.
• On-site supervisions
• Maintaining all client books.
• Attend and participate in all DLSS staff meetings.
• May be scheduled some client shifts.
