We have openings for PFS Supervisors (Medical Collections) for a well-known medical facility in San Bernardino, CA. This is a contract to hire/temp to perm position with good performance.

Pay: $30/hr

Hours: M-F 8-5

These positions will oversee approx. 20 collectors and ensure accurate and timely follow-up in collections in all worklist. These positions oversees the day-to-day operations of non-government and government collections for the purposes of liquidation of AR timely, achieving aging thresholds, and minimizing avoidable and controllable write-offs.

 Collection activities
 Manage productivity 5-7 per hour
 Train, education, coach and counsel new and low performers
 Monitor worklist for insurance follow-up all lines of business
 Manage credit and processing of credits
 Decrease aging in AR
 Monitoring and sustain Days in AR per established targets
 Administrative items such as timekeeping, approving vacation, corrective actions, employee documentation of conversations
 Partnering with HR and other departments at the sites
