PS Business Analyst III (f/t)
Job Description:
Work as a Business Analyst to understand retailers’ functional requirements, their current and desired discount types and loyalty programs, capture, document, and analyze the retailer’s functional requirements, and work with the rest of the implementation team to determine their attainability with existing AMS functionality and to determine potential gap requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field followed by five (5) years of business intelligence systems analysis and
integration experience.
Experience must include the following:
- 3 years of experience with business intelligence systems analysis and technical integration experience with retailer systems – including point-of-sale, enterprise applications,
eCommerce, CRM, mobile.
- 3 years of experience with Customer-facing and interaction management experience – retail-specific experience is preferred in grocery, convenience, or specialty retail.
- 3 years of experience with technical and business user understanding of retail loyalty and/ or offer management.
Demonstrated knowledge* of:
- API Testing: Postman and Insomnia;
- SQL, ASP.NET, .NET 4.0, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, or Wildfly;
- Operating Systems (OS): Windows, CentOS, Red Hat;
- API: Soap/ Web Services, XML/ Flat File; and,
- Cloud: AWS, Azure.
- Knowledge can be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience. References required.
