GENERAL FUNCTION:
Do you love the water and making a difference? We're looking to add swim lesson instructors to our growing staff. Under the direction and supervision of the Program Director/Coordinator, the Swim Lesson Instructor will be primarily responsible for providing quality leadership and supervision, in swim classes, while maintaining a safe, non-competitive environment for YMCA members.

KNOW HOW:
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Must have the ability to pass basic swim skills test.

Must possess and have the ability to relate to and communicate with people of all ages, cultures, and abilities.

Maintain current certifications or obtain within 60 days of employment. Training provided.

Various shifts and positions available at all locations.
