Job Description


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator who has the ambition to develop TA for the future and drive change in the organization as a new member of our TA team. Whether you are an entry level candidate or someone with years of in talent acquisition experience; you will work alongside a tenured group of TA professionals who deeply care about the candidate experience and strive to be the best at what they do while driving process improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own and/or support the delivery of recruitment marketing projects (e.g. careers page enhancements, social media campaigns)
  • Provide administrative support to the TA Team
  • Maintain job board activities including manual postings, sponsorships, and events
  • Perform weekly/monthly audits in job postings and sponsorships, hires, applications, etc.
  • Manage and monitor the company's vendor relationships including campaigns, budget allocations, licenses, and company pages
  • Participate in team level projects to contribute to the continuous development of TA work
  • Create and provide regular reporting on recruitment data such as days to fill, diversity, source-of-hire, Time-to-fill, number of applications, etc…
  • Update and maintain written TA training materials
  • Support events and ad-hoc projects that impact the greater Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner and effectively communicate with other TA and HR professionals within the organization

Qualifications


WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree and one to three years of general administrative work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Basic level of data analysis and project management skills
  • Creative individual with strong social media or marketing skills
  • Excellent communication skills through a variety of mediums, including but not limited to speaking, writing, presenting ideas, and educating others
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as have a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Independent thinker, motivated individual who commits to and achieves goals

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Prior experience as a TA Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition as well as a general understanding of how recruiting works (e.g. the process, stakeholders)
  • Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with professional platforms and social channels, especially LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed

SKILLS CRUCIAL TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:

  • Comfortable in being flexible and adaptable - thrives in a changing and/or fast paced environment
  • Drive to navigate through ambiguity, anticipate the unknowns, follow-through and continue to learn
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in a timely manner, as well as strong follow up
  • Able to work with minimal supervision; we are seeking that strong doer type personality
