JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Development manager leads a diverse team of learning and development (L&D) professionals. This individual also manages and develops onboarding and employee development training programs that are aligned with ongoing strategic imperatives for the retention and growth of all employees.
This position is located at the Securitas Operation Center in Charlotte, NC and reports to the Director, Talent Development.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Lead and develop a team of L&D professionals
2. Manage and develop onboarding and employee development programs for all employees
3. Conduct needs analysis with leaders to identify and build learning solutions
4. Partner with talent development leadership and operations leaders to identify goals, priorities, and performance metrics for learning programs
5. Support and contribute to the evolution and implementation of our talent strategy
6. Lead efforts to design and implement learning solutions and processes that are agile and easy to use
7. Measure and report the impact of learning solutions
8. Facilitate learning experiences and trainings for all levels of leadership as needed
9. Manage inventory of core learning programs
10. Evaluate learning content and programs to assure they are meeting learning and business goals of the organization
11. Ensure all learning experiences are built using human-centered design thinking and are learner focused.
12. Required travel- up to 20%
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible talent development experience related to both individual and organizational performance improvement
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, may be acceptable as determined by the company
- Minimum of five years' experience managing diverse teams
- Experience building and facilitating instructor-led (live and virtual) programs is required
- Design experience using Storyline Articulate, Captivate, and other eLearning authoring tools is recommended
