Wandering Leaf Brewing Company is a startup brewery opening this spring in the Highland Park neighborhood in St. Paul, looking to bring a heavy nature focus to the Twin Cities brewery scene.
Job Description
The Taproom Manager position will be able to curate their own team and create standards of practice to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The taproom manager will report directly to the ownership team and have strong input on company initiatives.
The Taproom Manager ensures smooth operation of the taproom by making sure that the taproom is appropriately staffed, that their team has everything they need to be successful, and that the taproom environment is clean and comfortable.
We are looking for a Taproom Manager that is seeking to grow with us.
Training and Qualifications
- Experience in managing a Taproom, Restaurant, Bar, or any other service industry team.
- Knowledge and love of craft beer, and an understanding of beer production and beer service.
- Exceptional proven customer service skills.
- Experience with Arryved POS System or similar technology.
- Must have night and weekend availability.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain before starting, TIPs certification or equivalent for alcohol service.
Responsibilities
- Hiring and scheduling of taproom staff/filling in as needed
- Ordering and maintaining taproom supplies and equipment
- Handling cash and tip disbursement
- Time card approvals
- Event coordination and planning
- Monitoring email and social media questions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
