Job description
Required:
- Accountant Experience (bookkeeping, 1099s, BPOL/BPPT, and payroll experience).
- Minimum 3 years of Income Tax Accounting (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, etc)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a public accounting firm setting.
- Minimum 3 Years of QBD/QBO Experience.
- CPA or EA required.
Applicant will have the following job responsibilities:
- Some general bookkeeping - mostly overflow and larger cleanup jobs.
- Month-end Journal Entries as needed
- Spot check bookkeeping team's work.
- Set up new client QBO, payroll accounts, etc.
- Organizing & Entering source documents into ACS/Ultratax for Senior Accountant Review
- Research client tax notices and prepare response letters for review
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50.00 - 55.00 per hour, depending on experience and licensure
