Calling all tax experienced professionals who would like to earn some extra money during tax season while working from home at a schedule that is convenient for you. We are a progressive 40-person CPA firm that has served the Southeastern PA business community for more than 70 years. We are seeking a seasonal experienced tax professional to prepare and review tax returns for the 2022 tax season. The position can be full time or part time, but a minimum of 25 hours a week will be required.

Tax Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare and review business, individual and Trust tax returns
• Research complex tax issues
• Protect Firm’s value by keeping information confidential; maintain Firm’s reputation by complying with regulations and professional ethics
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax or Finance
• CPA is strongly desired
• A minimum of 5 years related tax experience is required
• Knowledge and use of CCH Axcess and CCH Engagement strongly desired
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
