Roaming Team Lead
Quality Control
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Duties:
Team Lead may also be responsible for overseeing multiple sorting, inspection, and rework jobs within an automotive manufacturing facility
Will assign jobs and manage temp/ contract labor - team of up to 10 quality inspectors
Will train new contract labor staff using the work instructions
Will oversee the quality of job produced & completion
Will be offered laptop computer and portable printer (for work instructions)
Will email customers and reply to their correspondence
Will be contacting staffing sources to request labor as needed to fill open positions

nimum Requirements:
Prior experience in an automotive related manufacturing facility preferred
Must be able to think "outside the box" and deal w/ unexpected labor shortage
Must be able to move work around the demand and, switch from one type of job to another
Must have good computer skills to navigate to Excel and print work instruction for the day (basic use, training offered)
Candidates must be reliable and have previous leadership role, min. 2 yrs

2-day training held in Southgate, MI
Hours:
1st shift 6am-4pm, hours could vary. Working Monday-Sunday.
