We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Team Security Associate with the Basketball Operations Department. This position will be responsible for supporting team personnel and players.

What Will You Do:

• Ensure logistical support is established with all teams to all road games during the NBA pre-season, regular season and post-season NBA Playoffs as well as any off-season trips, as needed
• Ensure the safety and security of all players, staff, and team property while traveling
• Assist with travel requirements to and from destinations as requested from staff
• Coordinate with each security Director/Manager regarding security and emergency response procedures and related concerns
• Maintain professional relationships with all hotel security at team hotels
• Assist in providing team security personnel at team-related baseball events
• Curious and motivated to learn, focused on gaining broad knowledge and skill-building
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

What We Need From Our Team Security Associate:

• Develop and maintain a working relationship with stadium security directors and security staff
• Ensure adequate security measures for arrival and departure of players, and their families

• Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Must be detailed oreinted, intuitive, a self-starter, and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate ability to problem solve and prioritize based
• Escort players and coaches throughout the stadium, as needed
