Financial services company looking to hire Technical Business Analyst / PM on a full time permanent basis.

Hybrid - in office in Dublin city centre 2 days per week.

This is a hybrid Technical Business Analyst / PM role and as such, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, documentation of solution design, documenting and executing test scenarios. As well as performing a variety of change and implementation management activities. Thus, ultimately responsible for implementation management, including planning, controlling, and reporting on implementation of the change product, focusing on accelerating delivery and reducing risk.

Required Experience:

• Proven Business Data Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Solutions Architect or Technical Business Analyst
• Proven ability working in a solution architecture capacity or background in Systems Design or Software Development
• Good knowledge of Application Engineering, and DevOps / Agile practices - experience of Agile Methodologies and operating in agile / scrum based teams;
• Excellent ability to produce technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience of data, databases, and data technologies including ETL, BI, SQL
• Experience working with ETL interfaces (preferred Talend)
• Experience using JIRA
• Knowledge and experience of working in the insurance sector, preferably in a cross-border business environment.
• 3rd level qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Good command of software development and project management methodologies; desire to master and continuously improve processes
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in Software Development with at least 1 year in a Project Management role of consequence
• PMP/Prince and/or Agile PM or Product Owner accredited
