Job Description:

Self-motivated, team player with 5+ years’ experience as Test Manager and 15+ years Testing Experience
Drive selection and decision-making process of environment, test tools, test cases for manual and automation; produce quality assurance metrics and facilitate meetings with business users, project managers, application owners, third-party providers and relevant collaborators for reporting project delivery progress.
Engage business directly about internal processes and continuous improvement initiatives, and issues as appropriate.
Apply end-to-end testing strategies; define and supervise test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance.
Build test plans and manage the ongoing follow-ups on the testing activities and as well the risk evaluation Assemble testing teams and allocate resources Estimate and acquire management support for the time, resources, and budget required to perform the testing Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization Track and prepare the report of testing activities
