Raytheon Technologies is seeking a strong candidate to join the Global Time & Labor Management Team. The selected candidate to lead our Project Management & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for leading project initiatives and using data to drive efficiencies across our TLM organization. The Global Time & Labor Management team is a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, team-oriented environment which is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting projects both internally for TLM and providing project support to partnering organizations across RTX
• Using data analytics to drive efficiencies through process improvements and automation
• Performs all activities necessary to process international time feeds for payroll and documenting and updating procedures.
• Audit, analyze, identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.
• Lead and support harmonization driving policy consistency, TLM and Payroll efficiency and improving customer experience
• Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions
• Provide excellent customer service
• Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality

Required Skills:

• This position requires prior knowledge of or experience with Payroll and TLM
• Knowledge of Payroll and TLM best practices
• Knowledge of or experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as: Workday, EV5 and SAP
• Strong PC Skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Must be able to retain confidentiality of all transactions and monitor transactions to ensure proper handling

Desired Skills

• Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels.
• Experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers (ADP and Safeguard World International)

Required Education:

• This role typically requires a university degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or, an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
