Diverse Marketing is looking to partner with a talented, experienced territory sales manager to represent our gift and toy industry lines in Arizona and N. New Mexico. This partner role builds business relationships between manufacturers and retailers, ultimately bringing quality products to market that spark joy, promote play as learning, and create a lifestyle in balance.

This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position. It allows you to make your own schedule and your income potential is up to you. Startup assistance may be provided on a case by case basis.

This position requires:

• An entrepreneurial person who is a self-starter, is motivated and organized, has great follow-up, and is passionate about the Gift and Toy business.
• A complete home office and a laptop computer (with camera).
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to master an order-writing and reporting platform.
• Being comfortable interacting with existing retailers and buyers, as well as prospecting for potential new customers. An existing account base is provided to you, as well as any new leads from our vendors.
• Travel on the road to build your business and travel to sales meetings and trade shows.
• 2+ years of experience in retail or wholesale sales (depending on experience).

Pay: $40,846.69 - $139,021.80 per year
