Overview

Responsible for providing effective training programs, onboarding/orientation plans, and ongoing learning opportunities for Clinical Operations role(s).
Responsibilities

Collaborates with department leaders to develop and implement training strategy for Clinical Operations role(s).
Keeps current with system functionality and how it relates to the role(s) and conducts training when necessary.
Keeps current with processes and conducts training when needed.
Develops, maintains, and delivers onboarding training materials and orientation plans for new hires. Provides support and serves as mentor to new hires.
Conducts skills assessments on learning outcomes and evaluates employee performance to drive engagement & performance. Creates training plans to address skills gaps in employees.
Works with managers to determine ongoing training needs, develops the training plans and materials, schedules and delivers the training.
Utilizes productivity reports and other management reports to identify areas for remedial training.
Assesses best practices along with areas for improvement and provides feedback to department leaders.
Monitors employee performance and response to training.
Maintains database of training materials to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current processes.
Maintains and updates applicable section(s) of the Home Health Office Operations Manual to reflect current processes.
Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required- High school diploma Two (2+) years' experience in Homecare and/or developing and delivering training.
Preferred-
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business, or a related field.
