This wonderful charity are expanding their HR team and are recruiting a Training Administrator. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of mandatory H&S training.

Typically, your day to day will involve:
Managing the administration of training schedules

Ensuring accurate employee training records are maintained.

Research suitable contractors to carry out the various training, negotiate costings with suppliers and oversee the invoicing and payment of contractors.

Manage online training licence

Management of internal instructors including certification, training renewals and scheduling.

Management & maintenance of the training calendar

Supporting the staff induction process on health and safety training

It is expected you have a 3rd level qualification in a related filed with an excellent track record in administration support/coordination role with excellent Microsoft office. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
