Are you looking for an opportunity to assist in the delivery of site-wide training programs that focus on capability building solutions and the effectiveness of the solutions? If so, this is the role for you.
As Learning and Org Development Professional you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of the Primary site’s new Capability, Learning and Development (CL&D) framework, systems, and processes. You will also Ensure capability and competency plans and materials are aligned to Global Learning and Development Transformation, the GSK Capability Framework, and the goals of the business
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support the development of the site wide training plan in conjunction with the ‘Site Compliance Training Process Owner’, ensuring in particular that all mandatory, compliance training requirements are co-ordinated and scheduled effectively.
- Ensure training ‘curricula’ for all roles across the site are kept up to date and annually maintained through designated ‘curriculum owner’s’ at site. · Administer all documentation related to any internal or external ‘training events’ i.e. for ‘Self Certification’, ‘Classroom’ or ‘On the Job’ training and/or assessments.
- Co-ordinate the required delivery of ‘Train the Trainer’ on site to ensure ‘appropriately qualified’ trainers. · Ensure effective ‘recording’ of all training to agreed site processes and standards.
- Monitor and report training activity against a series of agreed measures and KPI’s. · To support any required compliance training delivery on site i.e. SOP Author Training, GMP Training.
- To support, monitor and continually improve the site systems associated with the co-ordination and administration of site training activities.
- Ensure ways of working and processes are in alignment with GQMP 2001 - ‘The Management of Compliance Training’.
- Ensure current ways of working and any future changes to site training processes are well communicated and understood across the site.
- Prepare any necessary documentation in respect of site training processes and records management to support site audit requirements.
- Manage the day to day relationships with third party vendors delivering training on behalf of the site ensuring they adhere to all required processes and documentation.
- Providing advise and guidance to employees on compliance training requirements, both at a global level through the standard ‘GMS Compliance Training Curriculum’ as well as at a local site level.

- Sound knowledge of the Training Cycle.
- Knowledge of the administration requirements of training delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to training delivery
