Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting training to newly hired and existing employees. With a focus on teaching Janitronics team clean and cleaning for health philosophy. The candidate will offer employees through classroom and hands-on training the knowledge and skillset needed to perform their duties to the companys standard.

Primary responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation on a weekly basis.
• Visit sites and perform on-site training of existing employees.
• Assess orientation sessions to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest ways to improve the employees learning experience.
• Perform on-site process audits.
• Meet with managers and supervisors to determine needs.
• Assist Operations Managers in meeting compliance standards
• Identify and assess training needs within the branch.
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills
• Good time-management skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
• Experience with Learning Management System and Articulate 360 a plus
