Salary: to €35k DOE
Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Annual Reviews
What our client would like you to do:
- Plan and schedule trailers.
- Track shipments and liaise with the operations team in relation to shipment planning.
- Liaise and update customers by phone and email re shipment status.
- Regular update meetings with customers about shipments where SLA may be impacted.
- Provide reassurance to the customers and teams that you are in full control of their shipments.
- Create loading plans.
- Booking in trailers through the company’s own in house system.
- Ensure compliance policies and procedures of the company are followed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
The Skills \ Experience you should have:
- 3+ years experience in Logistics and Distribution industry.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Good team player.
