Job description
- High level of office administration skills
- Proficient with Google G Suite & Microsoft
- Must understand use of spreadsheets
- Database management
- Great customer service and phone skills
- Gathering and coordinating documents for group Travel
- Ability to complete projects thoroughly.
- Calm but resourceful when dealing with adverse situations
- Payment Processing
- Ability to work with vendors/business partners in other countries
- Work well with clients answering questions, requesting documents and payments for trips
- Quick student and can absorb information quickly
- Must be extremely organized
- Must be able to complete tasks in timely manner without prompting
- Must work with team members in a friendly & professional manner
- Some experience necessary in Travel
- Bonus skill: Work with Airline group departments for pricing and ticketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
