Responsibilities of the Travel Coordinator/ Office Administrator:
Responsibility for co-ordinating global travel for our Dublin team
Providing direct day-to-day administrative support to senior executives including expense management and diary management
Providing day-to-day office operations support including managing reception, diary management and organising meetings, phone coverage etc.
Managing ad hoc tasks and supporting the business as required
Experience required for the Travel Coordinator/ Office Administrator
- Office Administrative experience required (minimum 2+ years)
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate travel management environment
- An organised and enthusiastic approach to work
- Be able to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Professional, friendly approach with strong client-facing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
